After trying many airport-buckle designs, I created my own. The ones I found were either difficult to print and/or too fragile, so they would break easily - especially while traveling when you need to rely on your belt. So here's the rugged one; it has been tested by me on several occasions. It comes with a double 5mm pin (requiring two holes in your belt) and two double 5mm posts to attach the belt to the buckle. The belt is then secured to the buckle with a clip, which can be inserted from one side behind the belt. This way, no plastic screw is needed, which usually breaks first. Printing is quite simple - the only part requiring support (the pin) already has built-in support to break away. Of course, your printer should be able to print bridges... Now comes the fun part: I added a 1mm-thick logo on top of the belt - or rather, a 1mm hole in the shape of a logo. If you print with 0.2mm resolution, you can change filament colors in layers 80 and 85 (on my Marlin printer, this is supported with the M600 command) and get a colored logo on a single-color printer. You'll need to manually enter the M600 command into the gcode file - but that shouldn't be too difficult. On the picture, you can see a version I made for Shark24 sailors, with the Shark24 logo and even an engraved Shark24 text on top. As an example, I uploaded a version with a Mustang logo. Thanks to logdog16 for his logo: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:299087 If you want to create your own, simply fill the top 1mm solidly and then subtract a 1mm logo from it - or send me a message.
