Custom Designed Handles for a Ruger Security Six The fit is almost perfect, requiring only minor tweaking for a flawless match. However, I've decided against making further adjustments to avoid printing another set. The hole for the pin isn't quite right and needed to be drilled slightly, but the handle still works well as is. A 1/2mm gap under the back of the handle could be fixed with some additional work, but I didn't want to wait four hours for another print job. To get the best results, simply flip the files over before printing. It's worth noting that this design isn't a standalone weapon; it's a modification intended for owners of existing firearms. Therefore, it doesn't violate Thingiverse's terms of service. Print Settings Printer Brand: RepRap Printer Model: Ebay Prusa i3 Kit Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.2mm Infill: 20% Notes: Printed with three perimeters and a top and bottom thickness of 1.2mm. Additional perimeters could be added for added strength, but the current design feels robust enough. I subjected the handles to extreme pressure tests, and they showed no signs of weakness or flexure.
