Ruger Mark IV 22/45 Magazine Base Pad
thingiverse
I've crafted a +1 mag extension for both the Mark III and Mark IV 22/45 models, showcased here (Thing 2175182). Now that the Ruger Mark IV 22/45 Lite and Tactical have hit the market, many of us who own earlier generation Ruger Mark pistols are eager to utilize our existing magazines with these new firearms. Unfortunately, the fresh 22/45's magazine base pad has a distinct shape compared to its predecessors, prompting me to design a custom base pad that seamlessly fits the Mark IV. Rest assured, this extension shouldn't require any additional support. The one displayed was successfully printed at a .1mm layer height without any support material needed. Designed in Fusion 360, I'm hesitant to share the file just yet as I intend to make some cosmetic tweaks before releasing it publicly, but rest assured, this current iteration functions flawlessly.
