Ruger 10/22 TD Thompson conversion

This design is for the Ruger 1022 takedown version. To create a non-takedown model, use Diggysquid's remix from the provided link below. I discovered other conversions available made from CNC-cut aluminum and walnut stocks and grips that cost around $300.00. Alternatively, you can print this design almost free of charge. My goal was to develop a Thompson look-alike that simulates shooting the real thing but uses much cheaper ammunition, making it an affordable option overall. The primary setback is durability, as this conversion will be made from plastic and may not withstand heavy use. However, I believe it should suffice for most users. The design has minimal contact with hot parts of the gun, so to be safe, print with a heat-resistant material like PETG or ABS instead of PLA. The hole on top under the barrel part is designed to accommodate a screw that supports the barrel at the correct height, preventing direct contact between the part and the barrel. A large print bed (300mm x 300mm x 300mm) is required for this conversion, as it's an actual-size replica and quite big. The receiver model used in this design was uploaded by mussy and can be found here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2745722 UPDATE: I've added a new FORE GRIP and EXTENDER for the original Thompson style, suggested by Diggysquid. Check out their remix of this design, which has received significant attention on Thingiverse: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3684581. Don't forget to visit Diggysquid's profile on Thingiverse (https://www.thingiverse.com/Diggysquid/about) and appreciate the incredible work they've done on their remix, as well as their contributions to this original design. WARNING: I haven't printed this design yet, so there may be adjustments needed later. However, everything appears dimensionally correct at first glance. Print at your own risk.
