Ruger 10/22 "Doublekross" Mag Pouch
thingiverse
I came up with these mag pouches because I got tired of fumbling with my 10/22 mags at the line, as my club doesn’t have a great place to place them during Steel Challenge shoots. They’re designed specifically for the Tandemkross Doublekross magazine bodies (https://www.tandemkross.com/doublekross-mag-body-ruger-1022) and the hangers/mounts for the Double Alpha Racer mag pouches (https://www.doublealpha.biz/us/racer-pouch). The magazines go into the pouch in any orientation with a gentle snap that holds them firmly in place. I print these out of PETG because I like the flex that it has. It should still work in PLA, but the snap might be a bit firmer. I’ve only ever printed them with 70% infill, but you can probably get away with less. I just don’t want to have to worry about breaking anything if I accidentally knock them on something. Downside is that you need the Racer mag pouch hangers. if you already have Racer pouches, then you’re ahead. Otherwise, feel free to remix! As always, including native Solidworks (2019) and STEP files.
