This rugby-inspired trophy was designed with printability in mind, eliminating the need for supports and incorporating built-in pegs/holes to facilitate alignment - although they are not a precise fit. I used standard CA glue to attach the pieces together securely. To achieve a smooth surface finish and tackle the challenging top overhang of the main body, I printed it at 0.1mm layer height. This approach worked on the first attempt for me, whereas at 0.2mm it proved more difficult. The main body can be printed with an extremely low infill percentage all the way up to about two-thirds of the model's total height. To prevent holes from appearing on the top surface, I used a higher infill percentage. Adding a brim during printing helps stabilize the process for the main body. Two "base" models are included: one features a flat bottom and the other has holes/pegs to attach the trophy to a wooden base. The complete model stands approximately 24cm tall (about 9.4 inches).
