A basic case costs $49 for the APC (Android PC board by Via); check it out at http://apc.io/. I've personally used one and printed its case according to the blueprints - a perfect fit! To assemble, print the necessary parts, place the board inside, attach with four 5mm self-tapping screws, add the lid, and you're good to go.
