Rude Octopus - Easy Print Hands - Smoothed

This was a collaboration with cmh who really deserves all of the credit. If he ever decides to upload it here, I'll remove mine.The original “rude” octopus (or eff-octopus) had more of a low-poly body, and the hands had individual curled fingers which were very thin and started printing in mid-air. There was a “rocktopus” model (hands making “the horns” 🤘) with a much smoother body, and I found that cmh had created a rude octopus with better hands, but still had the low-poly body. I contacted him, and he helped create this new one that combined the smooth body with the good hands.Eventually, I'd like to learn enough 3D modeling to create my own unique versions of things like this. Prints decently at .2 layer height (as shown in photo). Better at .16 or .12 - looks fantastic in silks (more pictures will come soon).
