This is a weighted poker card capper designed to prevent accidental folding of your hole cards during a hand. Its base is crafted with the same diameter (39mm) as a standard poker chip, ensuring it stacks perfectly with chips when not in use. The design features a mischievous gnome wearing a Green Bay Packers cheesehead, making it a unique addition to any poker game. If you like this design, be sure to check out my collection of card cappers on Thingiverse. To print the capper, follow these steps: 1. Print each part separately. 2. The cheesehead requires no supports and should be printed with the large triangular cutout facing up. 3. I recommend printing the holder and base upside down with line support material spaced at 4.5mm. Assembly is a straightforward process: 1. Place four nickels inside the holder for ballast before snapping the other part on top. 2. Press the cheesehead onto the triangle on the gnome's head, ensuring the arc of the cheesehead aligns with the gnome's back. 3. Glue the gnome's feet to the base. I've updated this design to prevent the gnome from coming unglued from the base after rough use. Two slots have been added to the bottom of the gnome's feet, allowing it to be pressed onto tabs on the base for a secure fit and centered alignment.
