I Required a Control Horn for My RC Plane, So I Built One Using 3D Printing. This Configuration is Ideal for Small Airplanes. Print Settings Printer: Corexy Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.15 mm Infill: 50% Notes: To Ensure Strength, the Layers Needed to be Smooshed Together Perfectly. I Found the Initial Size Too Small, So I Increased It by 150% in Both X and Y Directions. Post-Printing I Used CA Glue to Assemble the Pieces. Since the Wood Didn't Fit Snugly, I Added a Thin Card Stock Spacer to Secure it Firmly. How I Designed This Model I Sketched Out the Design Freehand Using Fusion 360 Software.
