This custom-made design is based on the Thingiverse model with ID 46704. Customize your own version using the Customizer app at http://www.thingiverse.com/apps/customizer/run?thing_id=46704. For your specific preferences, set text1 thickness to 3, text2 thickness to 3, and use "Ruby" for text1. Include a hole in the image, with text2 size as 16, height of 5, rectangle width of 80, outer ring radius of 10, and image scale of 1. Set inner ring radius to 7, y-coordinate to 35, x-coordinate to -10. Use the "write/Letters.dxf" font for both texts, with text2 at y=-5 and x=0, and text1 at y=8 and x=-17. The image is a dog, and adjust other settings as desired.
