This is my inaugural "mechanical" submission to the Sinterit SLS design competition, marking my first uploaded design.\r\nI have yet to print it, and I don't possess any experience with actual printing since I won't acquire a printer until December or later.\r\nTherefore, I designed it with as much adherence to the Lisa system as possible.\r\nThe intended final size is 61 mm on all sides, making it slightly larger than a standard Rubik's cube.\r\nThe corner pieces also feature less clearance on the inside than a traditional Rubix cube, but this shouldn't pose an issue if printed with joints already assembled.\r\nNo assembly required means a very rigid and sturdy Rubik's cube that won't allow for speedsolving, but will function as a toy that kids will struggle to break.\r\nThe smallest clearance is on the center pivot points with a .1 mm separation.\r\nAll other interacting parts have a separation of .5mm, and I questioned whether that was excessive.\r\nAll inlets for coloring are 18mm x 18mm in size.\r\n\r\nI thoroughly enjoyed creating it, as designing the structure only took an hour or two, and it surpassed my expectations!\r\nThe reason for the spelling of the name is largely a joke, and also because that's how I searched for it initially for reference purposes.
