Make each side unique. Ensure no letter repeats on either side. I also introduced chamfer sides as an option. I went to the trouble of figuring out how to combine letters with only one possible solution. To avoid print bed artifacts, I deliberately scrambled the answer. On my printer, you can often see that the side printed flat is slightly different than the other sides. By my calculations, there are 4^5 distinct combinations totaling 1024 possibilities. Only one works. The challenge lies in finding how many words can be spelled using these letters. One person solved it in less than 15 minutes; another completed it in approximately three minutes, proving it's not a difficult puzzle.
