I designed a simple device that attaches to the lower wire of standard wire shelves and then rotates to secure it to the upper wire, preventing hangers from falling off. By positioning this attachment inward of the support bar, users can keep their hanging items safe without needing to disassemble existing shelving. Two versions are available: one with an open end suitable for use with PLA or PETG filaments, and another that works seamlessly with flexible filaments like TPU. As a bonus, no tools are required, making it easy to implement this solution on the go. This design fits wires of 8mm diameter, but users can modify it if needed to accommodate different wire sizes.
