Rubber idler

The Stratasys Dimension cartridges provided me with numerous rubber rollers, which I believed could be utilized as a more gentle idler compared to traditional bearings that occasionally deform filament due to pressure. I added the .stl/.skp files of the rubber part and tested it on an Orca printer's idler setup.
