A DIY 3D printable mold is made to fit snugly around a 1/2 inch PVC pipe. Fill it with silicone or any other desired material, then clamp it firmly in place around the pipe. Next, insert screws and tighten nuts to seal the mold and force out excess material. The ideal dimensions for the female side (side B) are 2.75 inches wide by 5.5 inches long and 1.25 inches tall. For the male side with nubs (side A), the height should be 1.5 inches. The screw holes need to be 0.2 inches in diameter, but they may require drilling out slightly to accommodate the screws.
