Rubber Ducky Mold
thingiverse
The mold was created on a Makerbot Replicator 1 Dual, printed with precision. A .25mm layer height and two shells ensured strength. The 10% infill in PLA provided additional stability. To create Oogoo for casting, I followed these steps: I casted the Rubber Ducky using the recipient found at http://www.instructables.com/id/How-To-Make-Your-Own-Sugru-Substitute/. Since Oogoo sets in less than 10 minutes, printing molds quickly multiplies production. A few drops of essential oil can be added to create a lasting fragrance, transforming a vinegary scent after just a few days.
