Rubber band suspended eggdrop cage

This is a design challenge my robotics team was issued by our sponsor, and I'm the only solo member on this project. The concept started with an image from Bing - yes, I know it's Bing, and I had no control over the default search engine set on my computer...although I do think Bing is subpar. Nevertheless, I took inspiration from that design to create a unique solution. This challenge requires a container measuring 20cm by 20cm (8 inches by 8 inches) in size, with an internal space of 14cm by 14cm (5.5 inches by 5.5 inches). The egg is secured inside the container using rubber bands. I still need to print and test this design, and it's also supposed to be equipped with a parachute as a safety feature in case the rubberbands can't handle the shock of impact. This design might require an additional 2-3 cm in size, as I was aiming for something compact and lightweight. The pins visible in the .stl file are what hold the rubber bands in place - there are 18 of them, and they can be positioned anywhere around the box. This is just version one, and I'm open to feedback or suggestions on how to improve it. I used all caps only to grab your attention - no need to worry about me yelling at you. Warning: if you print it at full size, it'll take 63 hours.
