Rubber Band Gun Mods

I tweaked every aspect of Gavilan's rubber band gun to suit my needs, adding a few improvements along the way. I installed an axle for the trigger to glide smoothly on and incorporated bushings to stabilize the wheel and securely hold the rubber bands in place. To prevent damage, I reinforced the wheel outcrops with added strength since mine had broken previously. Additionally, I reduced the size of the wheel hole slightly to minimize wobbling when using a #6 machine screw as its axle. Every other component has been fine-tuned in some way, mainly by chamfering sharp edges to enhance comfort and precision. Upon completing my modifications, I discovered that someone had already created a similar design on remixes, but I developed this one independently without exploring those alternatives. Required hardware: 8 #6 1/2" wood screws with washers 1 #6 1 1/4" machine screw with washer and corresponding nylock nut This print works well in PLA. Be sure to build the wheel sturdy and robust.
