The original gun was fantastic but had a major limitation: it could only hold 4 to 6 rubber bands at one time, any more would cause them to bind on the axle of the gear and break apart. This design modification makes the axle an integral part of the gear so that when you load more than 4 rubber bands, they don't get snapped in two! This upgraded gun can now hold up to 12 rubber bands at a time for non-stop semi-automatic fun! I've printed out two of them and the only thing you need to watch out for is making sure the gear is smooth so the rubber bands don't get caught on it. This is crucial because you'll need to print the gear with supports, so make sure to clean up any excess material nicely and it will work like a charm.
