Hello everyone! This is my submission for the GoPro Mount competition. I created this project as part of a school assignment and have a comprehensive write-up (including photos, build log, and more) available below: https://goo.gl/M7HXRU            <----- opens in a new window :) To cut to the chase, this design is intended to enhance sound quality when using the GoPro by leveraging rubber bands, similar to those used in shotgun microphones. As we know, one of the key selling points of the Hero 4 is its decent built-in microphone. However, that advantage is somewhat diminished when hands banging against the handle drown out voices.
