Rubber band adjustable level slider
thingiverse
I required a precise holder for SN04 that would allow me to adjust the distance between the nozzle and sensor without needing to access a computer every time the weather changed. Existing holders were not suitable, so I designed a lightweight slider with a rail in the middle and a longer slider. To create tension on the slider, I used rubber bands instead of springs. One end is attached to the sensor and the other is secured with a knot. The M3 screw presses the slider down from the outside, keeping the rubber band out of sight. The holder works accurately for my purposes, providing a reliable solution that eliminates the need for frequent adjustments or computer access.
