The building was constructed in 1935, and the design bears the signature of architect Josè Arduino. The cartographic material of this building shows in detail what is the decorative device of the facade of the building, which in this case is described in great detail and with great attention to detail. The project of this building is very appreciable precisely because it gives a realistic representation of the final result, which was not at all taken as guaranteed for the drawings deposited in the Municipal Prefecture of Jahu. Regarding the language used by the architect, there is a marked proximity to neoclassical taste, which is proposed with great fidelity in terms of style and proportions. The classical taste is even more consolidated with the addition of a classic tympanum at the top that frames the openings of the windows. The decorative device of the crowning is defined by a mix of Western classical forms and freer styles linked to local taste.
