RTRC RTA Rear motor pod shims
thingiverse
No way (other way flipping the diff towers) to adjust the height of the rear pod on the RTRC RTA, so made some shims. Just remove the four screws on the diff holders and insert under, and remount. The .4mm and .6mm I used the same screws, if you use the .8mm or 1mm you should use longer screws. Four heights: .4mm .6mm .8mm 1mm There are small hashes on the top, .4mm has 4, .6mm has 6, .8mm has 8, and the 1mm has none. Printed .2mm initial layer, .1mm on subsequent laters, .4mm nozzle. Final finishing: I used high grit sand paper to smooth the top and bottom and then calipers to make sure the dimension was accurate. After smoothing out the top layer print lines, was very close and usually took off less than .05 mm to get it on the money. Your mileage may vary with the printer and how well it is dialed in, for me the holes all line up perfectly.
