I recently built a simple case for my RTL-SDR dongle, and one issue I noticed was that the original aluminum casing was getting quite warm. To address this problem, I decided to add some vents to improve air flow. One version of the case has a notch cut out, which is necessary because I'm using an RPI 3B+ and need to make space for a WIFI dongle. Update: The latest version (v2) features a lower profile design.
