RSX Type S 70mm Throttle Body Gasket / Cutting Guide

This is a 70mm throttle body gasket for an RSX Type S (mine is 2003). I accidentally ordered the RSX S Skunk2 Throttle Body instead of the Civic Si (06-11) one I need for my RBC manifold, but decided to put the design up. I just measured it and put it together, but never printed it since I don't have my RSX Type S Intake Manifold anymore since I got my RBC from a Civic Si, so there may be small dimensional issues. If this is the case, I included the individual parts to do adjustments. This is just meant to be a guide for boring out your PRB intake to 70mm if you buy a 70mm throttle body. It will protect the intake better from scratches outside the cutting zone. I'm not sure about how applicable 3D printed gaskets are in actual usage, but I guess you could do that too if you're feeling adventurous. PS: A 70mm throttle body will only make you 1-2HP MAYBE. It will result in a less linear throttle, and the perception of a faster car because smaller pushes on the pedal open it up more. There's a reason Honda / Acura put 64mm TB's on all of their 2.0 liter engines. They work well. However if you're modded and have a budget turbo setup with the stock PRB intake, or you're running cams or something, this will have more of an effect. Hope you enjoy!
