This object was crafted with Tinkercad, an online platform where users can edit designs directly at https://www.tinkercad.com/things/6bEYiRRqZgi. It was produced using a high-resolution resin printer, the Elegoo Mars, and printed in a standing position on its RSA bottom surface. The print stood upright without any supports, displaying only a slight hint of sag on one edge. This minimal warping is barely noticeable and likely won't require correction. If modifications are made, an updated version will be uploaded. Printing several objects at once took approximately 7.5 hours for each individual item. However, this efficient printing process allowed multiple items to be produced simultaneously for personal use and sharing with coworkers. This design is a unique remix of existing concepts found on the platform (Timbo), tailored to accommodate thicker ID badges while maintaining a slim and lightweight profile.
