I required a bulkhead for securing Mabucchi RS540SH or Speed 600 Type motors and couldn't find an existing design online, so I created one myself. It also accommodates the 36xx type of brushless inrunner motors. I machined it out of carbon using a 1.5 mm mill bit. Included is a G-Code file (*.ngc) for use with a 1.5 mm bit, milling depth set to 2.5 mm over two passes. Have fun.
