RS Aero Speedpuck mount

I wanted a custom speedpuck mount for my RS Aero dinghy that reduces the risk of lines getting caught in the mount. So, I designed this mount with a more streamlined shape than the original carbon mount, which is also expensive. The 3D printed mount weighs about 90 grams. I highly recommend using FormFutura ApolloX ASA material because it's UV resistant, water resistant, heat resistant, and prints easily. However, you're free to choose any material you prefer. What you'll need is a Type 1 button-fix connecting base, which costs around 3 EUR/USD at the RS sailing store or other retailers. Additionally, you'll require stainless steel wood/metal screws: * Six 3mm diameter screws that can be clipped to approximately 10mm in length (to avoid pushing through the back of the base) * Two 4mm diameter screws for the button-fix, measuring between 10 and 30mm in length I strongly suggest securing the speedpuck itself with an additional thin line at the vang cleat (see attached picture).
