RS 380 - 385 27.5 x 37.5 brushed DC motor dummy model STEP
thingiverse
I've been searching for a standard measurement of this motor and I've found that they vary significantly from one manufacturer to another, despite both being labeled with either 380 or 385. Specifically, some have the front holes tilted by 15° or 16.5° away from the back leads, while the front bushing housing is either 2.5mm or 3mm in diameter and the back is either plastic or metal. Case length varies between 37.5 and 38, with a diameter sometimes given as 28, and of course there are numerous shaft lengths to choose from. I believe most of these measurement differences come from rounding (except for tilted holes) but maybe there are many variants of this motor. The model is the same as the one in the attached schematic, except it has an additional hole on the front that I located as accurately as possible. L1 measures 16, and L measures 57. I've also attempted to include the vent holes, although they're somewhat approximate - please check your model for any differences. Mounting screws are M2.5, as indicated in the schematic. A STEP file is included for easy import into other documents.
