RPLidar A1M8 Case A protective case is needed for the RPLidar A1M8, a device built by SLAMTEC. This design meets that need. The RPLiDAR A1M8 from RoboPeak was mounted on our Turtlebot 2 and a custom-built robot. Since the device itself has no protective case, this solution was created. The case consists of two parts: an upper part and a lower part. These are bolted together on the outside. There are four holes that can be used to attach the case to a Turtlebot 2 because it matches the hole pattern. Variant A: Print both pieces separately and then bolt them together for a standalone case. Variant B: Only print the upper part and attach it to your device. The following parts are required for assembly: - Four M3x10 screws - Four M3 nuts This design was created with and tested on RPLidar A1M8 devices.
