My first thing, guess it's the usual story of scratching ones own itch. I had an RPi running OctoPrint that I wanted to mount to my printer. I found a number of mounts that included the 3.5" TFTdisplay but I have the 2.8" one so they didn't fit. Meanwhile, I found a case for the RPi with 2.8" display that I liked and decided to create a mount for that particular case. https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:802232
