My Raspberry Pi 3B and Protoneer 2.60 didn't mesh perfectly, so I made a couple of swift tweaks to the layout - Took away some material surrounding the green screw connectors (between input x and endstops) plus some from underneath as the PCB had stretched beyond this edge and blocked the case from sealing properly
