Using Lego gears instead of printing them helps to avoid having them inside when printed without support, as they are present in the STL file. To work with Lego gears rather than printing them, it's a good idea to superpose the two servos to limit the space used and include a return angle. I deliberately added supports outside of the sphere so that they can be easily removed after printing; these supports cut very easily at the cutter. A small piece of heated trombone fits into the axis to ensure a better centering. The black axes are heated with a lighter to stick to the servo axis.
