RPi 4 Case 30mm Fan Remix w/Base

This remix of koretic's excellent design builds upon John Sinclair's outstanding Raspberry Pi 4 case. I've made one significant modification and added a unique feature. Firstly, I've fitted a coarse grille over the fan to enhance airflow. Secondly, I've incorporated a customized base that holds the Pi upright, leaving essential connectors and vent holes unobstructed.
