
RPG Dungeon Puzzle Stone (28mm scale)

So, I made a dungeon I wanted my players to run through. Only way to ensure completion is to tie the whole thing together. Behold the Stone. Okay, maybe it's not quite that impressive but it is nasty. Basically, the players have to go through the dungeon and collect things to insert in to this stone. Once that's completed, it'll unlock or open what the players came to the dungeon for. Sounds simple. And it could be made just that simple. The four items could all be simple "keys" made from what ever you'd like (stone, metal, gems) and found as simple objects throughout the dungeon with traps and encounters along the way. This could get a lot worse... There are four sides with four symbols and their receptacle underneath. -The "Gem" will be a simple gem, nice and easy to find. From there it gets worse. -There's the "Skull" but who's skull is it? He's still alive and in there, there will be clues as to who to kill and obtain their skull. -There's the "Heart" and much like the skull needs to be acquired form a still living being with clues provided. -Then there's the fire. A sacred fire burns in the dungeon that needs to be placed in the stone... but how do you do that? The players will need to find a way to "freeze" the fire, break off a fragment and get it to the stone in time, before it unfreezes and dissipates. Of course there will be new encounters between them and the stone trying to slow them down in their race against time. As DM/GM you'll know you're party best, and know how hard or easy to make this dungeon. Hopes this helps you... Enjoy
