UPDATE Rev2 Combines into a single Long Letter Gauge measuring 35.3cm in length with a gauge mark at 25cm and letter size 24cm with gauge mark at 16.5cm. A razor blade may be required to remove the lip along the edge that was on the bed for correct dimensions. The connecting peg holes may be loose if you have an extremely accurate printer, but mine clipped together nicely without needing to enlarge them. I printed in ABS and used a dab of Acetone to join the two halves together. Original I could only print 180mm slots in a 190mm wide frame on my printer, but the gaps are set for Royal Mail's 25mm Large Letter and 5mm Standard Letter sizes, which are large enough for small jiffy bags and cards. This design is at least useful. The photo shows my first one with a shorter 5mm slot (Lettergauge.stl), so I changed it to both slots being 180mm long (LetterGauge1.stl). Print Settings Printer: Rafts: No Supports: No Infill: 10% Notes: 10% Infill 0.4 Layer Height If using a DaVinci, select Normal, No rafts, Brim, Supports or Auto Repair. How I Designed This I designed this in just five minutes using Freecad, as all I needed to do was check some ebay Jiffy Bags. Basically, draw three Boxes: one Large size 190mm x 60mm x 4mm at Location 0,0,0 for the frame & two others, changing the location so they're centered with sizes 180mm x 25mm x 4mm at Location 5,10,0 and 180mm x 5mm x 4mm at Location 5,48,0 using Geometric Primitives. Then just Subtract the two smaller Boxes from the Large and that's it – job done!
