I purchased a Royal Gourmet DP1301R outdoor cooking griddle and found that the grease splattered onto the griddle base. Printed in ABS. I loosely wrapped aluminum foil on the side facing the burners. Some warping occurs, but I printed two spares, that I so far haven't needed.
