Royal Apothic Candle
grabcad
This model was created based on a Royal Apothic Candle (https://www.royalapothic.com/products/hothouse-peonie-luminarie-candle). The high-relief rose top was produced using Afga Photoscan Pro's photogrammetry process. Afterwards, the base mesh was refined in Lightwave and Mudbox. The glass was modeled as a subdivision model in Lightwave and displaced using Nodes.Surfaced. Finally, the model was surfaced, lit, and rendered with LIghtwave and Octane Render. Models are provided in STL format for printing purposes. For the high-relief rose top, it's delivered in IGES format after converting the surface to solid using Rhino 3D and T-splines. Additionally, a mold is being developed with Autodesk Fusion 360 to cut the rose top on a CNC mill; updates on this process will be shared soon.
