Row House 2 Free 3D model

This 3D model was first created using Sketchup 8 before being converted to various other 3D formats. The native file type is .skp, while a 3ds Max scene was created in version 2016 and rendered with Vray 3.00. Upon re-examining my Walthers Flyer, I redesigned the front facade of the row house. Does this new design appear more appealing than the original? I'd love to hear your thoughts. The model could be professionally built if you're interested in pursuing that option. Three matching windows adorn the 2nd floor, with two situated above the Master Bedroom and one above the Bath. This vintage-style design combines an old-world charm with modern sensibilities. The brick columns effectively contrast with the stucco exterior, creating a visually appealing aesthetic. All other aspects of the building remain unchanged.
