This is a custom Kort Nozzle designed specifically for use with a homemade ROV thruster built from a Mayfair 750 GPH Bilge Pump. Adding this Kort Nozzle to the thruster increases output thrust by approximately one full pound. It was crafted to work seamlessly with a 3-blade, 50mm Robbe Boat propeller using an adapter that meets these precise specifications. This version of my Kort Nozzle incorporates the thruster mount directly into its design. The nozzle attaches securely to the ROV frame using 6/32" hardware and locks into place with a simple quarter-turn. Please note that you must remove the o-ring from the pump first. This innovative Kort Nozzle is part of a homebuilt ROV I have been developing over the past few years, although it remains unfinished. I decided to share this design despite its incomplete state.
