Human: 3D Print Router Vacuum Shoe Design for 80mm router and 2” hose (connection outside 51.1mm) In order to avoid printing with support, a brush holder was designed in two parts and connected together with four M4 bolts. The used brush is an Easy Cut Strip brush, similar to the one from McMaster. I do not endorse McMaster; it's just an example. The brush needs to be drilled and tightened into place using five M3 bolts. You will need the following parts listed below to complete the project: Nylon insert lock-nut M4 X 0.7mm thread - four pieces Flat washer M4 - four pieces Bolt M4 X 0.7mm thread, 16mm long - four pieces Nylon insert locknut M10 X 1.5mm thread - one piece Flat washer M10 - one piece Bolt M10 X 1.5mm thread, 20mm long - one piece Nylon insert lock-nut M3 X 0.5mm thread - five pieces Flat washer M4 - five pieces Bolt M3 X 0.5mm thread, 22mm long - five pieces Magnet D 6mm H 4mm - four pieces Brush - 600mm (592mm) for each unit - Easy Cut Strip; recommend different sizes: 1”, 2”, and 3” for three different brush holders.
