This 3D design was first built with Sketchup 13 and later exported into all other 3D formats available. Its original format remains .skp, while a 3ds Max scene uses 2016 version and Vray 3.00 for rendering purposes. Router Centering Jig is implemented in this setup. To prepare the "red" piece for further cutting, place it on your table saw precisely at the mark made with a centering bit. Cut carefully according to these measurements. The board width measures six units. Therefore, we must extend two additional blocks past the cut line marked by "red". The fence should be set at this position to ensure proper alignment and center flute precision. Once this configuration is established, it will enable both outside flutes to be manufactured when two four-unit blocks are inserted in place of the existing three blocks.
