Router Small Circle Jig
prusaprinters

Update 30Dec19:
I made a new version with much improved lettering on both sides, 1/4" pivot pin holes, and size offset for 1/2" bit.

Original Post:
I had a router jig that bolted to the base of the router that I hated using because the router had to spin with the jig, which tangles up the vacuum hose. I made this one to accept a 3/4" template bushing in the center so the router base can move independently. The pin holes are 1/8" because I usually use a drill bit as a pivot. Sizes are offset to accommodate 1/4" router bit.

Print instructions

Category: Tools Print Settings

Printer Brand: Prusa

Printer: I3 MK3S or Mini

Rafts: No

Supports: No

Resolution: .2 mm

Infill: 30% Hex

Filament: Any
