Router Small Circle Jig

Update 30Dec19: I just created a new version with significantly enhanced lettering on both sides, precision-drilled 1/4-inch pivot pin holes, and size adjustments for optimal compatibility with 1/2-inch bits. Original Post: I had an outdated router jig that bolted to the base of my router, which I disliked using because it forced the router to spin in sync with the jig, causing a frustrating tangle of the vacuum hose. To address this issue, I designed and built a new jig that accepts a 3/4-inch template bushing at its center, allowing the router base to move freely without restriction. The pin holes are carefully drilled to accommodate 1/8-inch drills, which I typically use as pivots. Additionally, the sizes have been offset to ensure seamless compatibility with 1/4-inch router bits.
