Designed to work with the Bosch Colt 1 HP router, this jig creates a 10 inch radius saddle, with a 20mm maximum plunge. All hardware is metric, and threaded connections use heat-stake threaded inserts to maximize joint strength, rather than captive nuts. All hardware can be purchased from McMaster-Carr, with respective part numbers shown on sheet-1 of the PDF assembly drawing.
