EDIT: Just updated with a second file with an inside diameter 0.25mm larger. The router, mount and shim were causing trouble fitting together. Hopefully this new design allows for enough clearance to make it snug but easy to slide into place without any issues. Your experience may vary greatly depending on the calibration of your printer. I successfully printed using a 69.25mm ID with a 0.43mm extrusion width. This custom part was designed specifically to fit my Dewalt 611 router that measures 69mm, into the OpenBuilds router mount engineered primarily for the Colt router with a diameter of 71mm. Print Settings Rafts: No Rafts Supports: None Needed Resolution: High Quality at 0.3mm Infill: Strong Infill Design at 75% Notes: Using an extrusion thickness of 0.5mm resulted in a simple, solid print due to the part's dimensions. I chose ABS plastic for this project. The 69.25mm diameter file called for an even smaller 0.43 extrusion width
