Router lift for Dewalt DCW604

<p>This model is inspired by the design by USSA Design (watch their video here: <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2JYTYOJt_m4).">https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2JYTYOJt_m4).</a> I made my own so it worked with my Dewalt DCW604 router.</p><p>You will need to print</p><ul><li>4x support screw</li><li>4x support screw cap</li></ul><p>Other then that you will need screws for mounting to the table and for holding the model together:</p><ul><li>4x M6 x 100mm with wingnut</li><li>1x M6 x 20-60mm for the driveshaft. The top of this will be the method for working the lift. Like a hex head screw or a hex drive rounded screw. The driveshaft is hollowed out, so the length of the screw can be anywhere between 20mm - 60mm.</li></ul><p><strong>Print settings</strong>:</p><p>I printed everything with layer height 0,3 mm and 20% infill. </p><ul><li>Top plate was printed with supports to the buildplate. </li><li>Support screw printed with brim of 5.</li><li>Support screw cap printed with brim of 5.</li><li>Drive shaft gear printed with brim of 5.</li></ul>
