Router Lever Makita RP0900

Makita RP0900 Router Lever. I have a Makita RP0900 Router and, as a result of continuous use of the tool, one day the lever used to adjust the depth of the milling cutter was broken. I found the solution in my 3D printer. I designed the part in a 3D modeler, and I printed it and was able to use my Router again without having to use a screwdriver to adjust the milling depth. The piece was designed with the same aesthetics as the original, but with some necessary adaptations to improve its resistance and function correctly, as can be seen in the reference images. This is the original lever. This is the 3D printed lever. The piece is printed with 100% infill to ensure maximum strength. The material in which I printed it was PLA and it has worked correctly for me, although the resistance can be improved even more if it is printed in PETG or ABS. The piece does not require supports for printing since the cantilever surface angle can be printed correctly.
