Router Circle Jig Edge Guide

Router Circle Jig Edge Guide

thingiverse

I needed to create a circular jig. My router came equipped with an edge guide, so this design utilizes those rails to adjust the radius with a center screw (accompanied by a washer). Print quality takes a backseat in this case, allowing me to opt for a 1.0mm nozzle and .24 layers to expedite the process. The bottom surface is smooth due to the print surface, which is all that truly matters. The rails are approximately 105mm apart.
